Royals U8/9/10 Softball – Sunday

Royals U14/15/16 – Sunday

1:1/Private Coaching Sessions
1:1, 1:2 and small group sessions are available with our experienced coaches all year round
Masterclass
RRA x PaceTitan Academy – fast bowling preparation for the 2027 season – commencing 4 November
– Speed testing, looking to increase speed throughout the program
– specific fast bowling drills to all players
– strength and conditioning as a fast bowler
– match tactics/match scenarios to work on for players
– learning different types of variations, yorkers/bouncers/swing/slower balls
– creating a healthy powerful bowling action
– using pocket radar, Fulltrack Ai and on form platforms to understand their bowling action
– looking to increase bowlers speed but creating a healthy injury free bowling action.
