Full-time Coach – interview w/c 20/2/2023

Rajasthan Royals Academy Surrey is looking for a FULL-TIME COACH at the centre at Reed’s School in Cobham.

The Role:  RRA Surrey is looking for a Coach to join the team at Reed’s School in Cobham. We have growing team delivering quality coaching to our 200+ junior members of mixed age groups and ability. This role will report to the Head Coach.  
Hours:Cricket season/Summer Term: 40 hours per week, Monday – Saturday
Off season/Autumn & Spring Term: 40 hours per week – 4 weekday evenings, Saturday and Sunday 
Package:Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience

Main duties & responsibilities:Contribute to planning for group and 1:1 coaching and holiday camps
Deliver 1:1 and group coaching according to the ‘Royals Way’ to a range of cricketers from beginner to elite level
Contribute to planning and delivery of masterclasses
Complete performance reviews for academy students
Coaching work may be required other locations in the Surrey area, e.g. clubs and schools
Evening and weekend work required

The successful candidate will be UK based with the right to work, as well as:

 EssentialDesirable
Qualifications:ECB Level 2 or 3 Qualification.
Current DBS
Current Safeguarding certificate  
First Aid qualification  
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:Cricket coaching experience working with a range of junior ages and abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
High level of customer service skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Provide 2 references related to cricket coaching roles  
Experience playing cricket at a high level  

Part-time Coaches – ongoing

Rajasthan Royals Academy Surrey is looking for PART-TIME COACHES

The Role:  RRA Surrey is looking for reliable self-employed coaches to join the team at Reed’s School in Cobham. We have growing team delivering quality coaching to our 200+ junior members of mixed age groups and ability. This role will report to the Head Coach.  
Hours:Our hours include late afternoon/evening each week day, as well as Saturday and Sunday. Open to discussion regarding specific days/times.
We are looking for a commitment to the end of the current school term, and then on a termly basis moving forward.  
Package:Competitive rates based on experience and qualifications
Main duties & responsibilities:Deliver 1:1 and group coaching according to the ‘Royals Way’ to a range of cricketers from beginner to elite level
Assist in running of holiday camps and holiday group sessions
Contribute to performance reviews for academy students
Coaching work may be required other locations in the Surrey area, e.g. clubs and schools
